I appreciated the hotel's bridge connecting directly to the pavilion mall. It proved very convenient during a rain shower. maria's kind service during breakfast. the cultural breakfast options offered variety.

amazing stay with superb service
attentive staff nice stay delicious meals helpful planner
the staff were great. fahmiaziz helped with planning day trips (he even communicated on his days off!). all my meals at the hotel were fantastic including breakfast and dinner.
the gym equipment seemed geared towards older guests (it lacked modern options).
